[BUG] Browser 'explain' fails - browseAllAccessesTo: not implemened

After looking around I found the following:

There's already a changeset accepted by Tim that seems to remove the 
#Defnition hack. So I think we should
just approve explainInstFix-5905.cs.gz as is. (It changes just a String 
that gets returned).
