It's unlikely they have your account's password.

They're not picking on you.  For the last four years, at least, many
new Windows viruses and trojans find email addresses in Outlook and other
address books and some search the file system.  It's likely someone who
for some reason has your email address on their Windows box is infected,
and the malware is replicating itself in your name.

On the other hand, it could be a new form of virus.  Fortunately, most of
us are immune to those.
