Let's try that again, talk about garbled:

With 2.08 I am again seeing the but where when you review a post it
rebuilds the subject unnecessarily when the type tags have not changed
and sorts the tags alphabetically whether or not they were sorted in the
original subject.  This of course results in BFAV2 not realizing both
messages are in the same thread.
