Minor bugs in squeak 3.6 BFAV

hi all

try  fresh install squeak 3.6 , install bfav from sm

open>>bfav 

 a Message with selector: #ifEmpty: and arguments: #([] in PluggableTabBarMorph>>addTab:withAction:)

OrderedCollection doesNotUnderstand: ifEmpty:
