Fixes the problem which affected PluggableTextMorph which is
they lose their selection when they lose the focus. This prevented
them to allow keyboard control in their menus. This CS fixes also
all the senders of MenuMorph>>invokeModal: aBoolean, to make them use
invokeModal instead, thus obeying to the general Preference 
menuKeyboarControl. One call is unmodified due to a class comment
explicitely stating it doesn't want keyboard control (the method is
included
