Here is a version that addresses the bugs reported recently on the list 
by Doug Way, and replaces the #hiddenScrollbars Squeak preference with 
#alwaysShowVScrollbar and #alwaysShowHScrollbar (refer to previous 
thread for the reasoning behind this).
