[ANN] Shout add-on packages for OmniBrowser, Traits, and Whisker now available

The following are available on SqueakMap/SqueakSource...

ShoutOmniBrowser - enables Shout in OmniBrowser(1.0a3).
ShoutTraits - enables Shout in the Traits browsers (Traits Beta1).
ShoutWhisker - enables Shout with Whisker Browser (1.0).

All require Shout.2, and the package that they enable, to be installed
first.
