These are known errors, unfortunately.  There was a discussion on the 
list about this a couple of weeks ago, if you check the archives... one 
possibility is having a way to categorize known failures.

You'll probably want to download the most recent 3.8beta to make sure 
the failures you want to work on aren't already fixed.
