During the DebuggerUnwindingBug SUnit I got a dNU: because in
MultiNewParagraph > displayOn:using:at: the ivar 'positionWhenComposed'
was nil. Clearly it shouldn't be. It's only set in a couple of places,
in a truly awful manner that is symbolic of the appalling mess
Paragraph et al. is in.
