Squeak has a compiler for ARM, so I've been told. 
It should not be toooo hard to compile a complete VM and plugins for 
your platform, compile them in squeak, and flash them onto your board. 
;) 

To go even further, it might not be all that dififcult to compile an 
ARM-native image and run it at full speed. ;)
