Which Smalltalk to use for production ?

Hi,

We will create an internal SW. 
It will be our new generation of our stock software.
Today we are using java but we need a big refactoring so we will
rewrite some of our modules in Smalltalk.




What we need is flexibility and that the platform will exist 5yr from now :)
