Some issue with BFAV

I'm still investigating but I don't believe this is a BFAV issue.

5967 has a non-current version of SqueakMap in it.  I think this is the
problem.  At the moment I can't quite figure out a way to upgrade
SqueakMap without getting updates, which I assume you want to avoid.
