[ANN] new Mysql Driver and Persistence

new on Squeakmap:

Mysql Driver release 1.11  for 3.7 

Contains changes needed for network rewrite and Behavior>>#new which now calls 
#initialize.

Persistence 0.1alpha: 

A new package that does object/relational mapping. Currently supports Mysql 
Driver 1.11. See the class comment in PersistenceTest.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
