It looks like David N. Smith's web site went away, and these files are
no longer available, even though the projects are listed in SqueakMap. 
When I first saw this stuff on the mailing list, I remember thinking
that the fileout method would probably get incorporated in the image
sometime, but apparently that never happened.  I did find older
versions of some of this in the mailing list archives, but does someone
have the most current stuff somewhere that they could share?  Thanks!
