While working on the PhotosPublisher application for Squeak I realized 
I wanted some better widgets for border wrappers.  Published to my 
Squeak Enhancements page (http://squeak.preeminent.org/) is a new 
package "Border with Skips".  This new border design allows for 
inserting label morphs and other morphs along the top or bottom border. 
  I'd written details about the enhancement on the Squeak Enhancements 
page as well as on my personal BLOG

The enhancement works with Squeak 3.7 and only extends existing base 
code.  Nothing should break upon installation or use of this new 
package.
