I've worked on some stuff in a 3.9 image and want to file it out and into
a 3.8 image. But the updates that fixed some issues with changesets have 
not
gotten into the 3.9 updatestream it seems, and I can't file the 
changeset back in :-(
Does anybody remember the numbers on the updates that fixed the 
changesets in 3.8?
