Hi Damien,

I think it would be a good idea to add it to the image and make it the 
default one as a little help for new users. But, always a but, I am not 
sure about overriding the current #mouseOverForKeyboardFocus behaviour, 
which is what I did.

When I wrote the .cs I believed that that preference was wrong, but 
wrong or not, there are people that like it and and got used to it.
