This isn't really anything new, but I ran across it again during
testing. If a user chooses "full screen on" from the "appearance..."
menu when the display is already full screen, the emulator forgets how
to make the window a normal size again when "full screen off" is
chosen. Although a savvy user can resize the window from the bottom
right corner at this point, then save the image and restart the
emulator to get back into a window, most users won't know what to do.

Is it possible for the emulator to recognize when the window's title
bar has gone out of reach of the user, and bring it back onto the
usable part of the screen when "full screen off" is chosen?
