[Janitors] Progress Report for August, 2005 (Task 2 Completed! BFAV2 Now Read-Only)

Thanks to Ken for writing clear instructions for the Janitors Task 2 
BFAV->Mantis process, managing the process, helping (me) with it,  and mainly 
for processing most of the items!
