[ENH] HTTPProxyEditor with proxy user and password

Hi Enrico,
Please check the last alpha image (3.9a 6684, http://ftp.squeak.org),
because there were some changes that were introduced to HTTPSocket on
that release.
Namely, HTTPSocket was modified to instead of using class variables to
use preference objects to store the proxy settings (see the 'proxy
settings' method category on the HTTPSocket class side)
Also I think that HTTPProxyEditor was removed from that image. Being the
reason (I suppose) that in that image was added the new
PreferenceBrowser which allow you to change the proxy settings from it.
