Hello,
I have already developped that Smalltalk interface to BLAS/LAPACK 15 years ago 
in objectworks then visualworks, but for commercial app.
Now, starting from scratch, i began publishing package Smallapack on Cincom 
store repository. It is cincom visualworks (7.2), not squeak (is this a real 
problem ?), and also much incomplete yet (mostly BLAS). But i think i will 
make it grow sooner or later.
