Click on the orange "Tools" flap on the right side of the Squeak window.
Look for the "File List" icon (third from the top).  Drag and drop the
icon out onto the middle of your Squeak window. This will open a file
system browser. Experiment with the left and middle mouse buttons to
navigate through your files, view them, load them into Squeak, and so
on.

You can also open a File List browser directly from the "world menu".
Just click on any open spot on the Squeak window, select "open...",
then select "file list".
