That's beautiful, Bert.  You should post it to the swiki, either in
alternative looks or in applications, if it's not already there.  And
after this talsk of needing a great designer: who is the designer there,
anyway?

For the original question: I think the subject and the question are
mixed up a little!  If you want a plain-gray business app, then you'd
probably want to grab visualworks instead of Squeak.  However, if you
want a really cool-looking app, Morphic is excellent.  It gives you full
access all they way down to the pixels.  (although, lack of access to
separate windows is a bummer!)
