I'm getting a 404 error when trying to access this link. If I peel the 
URL back to 'files/' I get a directory listing containing
'publicfile/' . Following that I get a dir list with 'file/' . 
Following that gets two dir listings '80.68,89,134/' and 
'box1.squeakfoundation.org/' and in there is the listing of the Squeak 
version dirs
