Yeah, but Debian Unstable is more like that ever lasting party from the  
HHGTTG - there's no such thing as freezing Unstable and moving the whole  
shebang over to Testing; packages migrate individually from Unstable to  
Testing. The advantage is that you always have a bleeding edge version  
with no version tag other than "freakin' bleedin' edge" where you can  
throw in things that you want to have tested by, well, the freakin'  
bleeding' edgers.
