writing jpegs failure, a bit of help needed

I altered both methods by just adding 1024 bytes to the calculated size
based on the viewpoint that
a 1 by 1 32bit pixel results in a 631 byte jpeg file.

Someone could run some calculations on all bitmaps from 1by1 to
100by100 and see what the results are,
using a random pixel pattern of course.

Any takers?
