Three bugs

- In the object line with arrow, the little green triangle is not 
working: it is not possible to add a point to the line. It is still 
working with the curve line.

- The PostScript exporter is broken. In the source of the .ps generated 
file the numbers are surounded with strange $

- The PostScript export does not handle non-ascii characters. If 
necessary I have a working patch but I am only sure about it for 
ISO-Latin encoding. Are we using UTF-8 in the PostScript exporter?
