I added a window preference (in preference panel) to the latest version of 
LookEnhancements (v32). I also updated LookEnhancements on SqueakMap. The 
preference is called #resizeOnAllSides and is off by default, but if you 
turn it on then the standard "SystemWindow resizes on sides" works again.

Thanks for finding the method we needed to fix -- this enhancement was quite 
easy and I'm glad to include this feature.
