This is a patch to the PNM support of 3.8:

1.- Correct the transparency when loading RGB images.

2.- In testMultiFile change FileStream to StandardFileStream to read  
the image, otherwise an error 'Improper store into indexable object'  
occurs (I suppose is for the m17n changes).

3.- Add 'pbm' 'ppm' 'pam' to typicalFileExtensions.
