The latest 3D toolkit (and more) is Croquet (http://opencroquet.org/).

Balloon is older. It was used to build Wonderland (http:// 
www.cc.gatech.edu/~jpierce/Squeakchapter.pdf).

There is also Jun, but I think it wasn't ported to Squeak (http:// 
www.sra.co.jp/people/aoki/Jun/Main_e.htm).
