hi all

we have been working with alex trying to get 3.9 alpha been able to  
load from 3.8 final.
We are nearly there. If you want to try you should for now start from  
3.8 final set the version to 3.9alpha
and upgrade.
I would like to see how we can manage gradually the image via MC so  
may be we will have several
back and worth into the update streams. People willing to help are  
welcome.
