I want to use IdentityDictionaries with large number of objects (10Ks). 
Historically, large collections were a problem for sqeuak in two areas - 
garbage collection and hashing. Is this still true in 3.8?

There's a LargeCollections package on SM but I can't load it at 
the moment (server not responding), does anyone have a copy?
