Hello together,

what are the two rectangles (stripes) in the label area of a
SystemWindow good for?

I fond how they are created in initialize and that their colour is
changed in extent:.

But I can't guess for the reason to put them there.

Actually I start building my first UI in morphic and don't want to run
into problems later on because of forgetting to deal with the stripes :-)
