Hi,

my patched version of Yoshiki's Qtopia Squeak VM (3.4) has been put into
the bitbake build environment. This means you should be able a Linux VM
for QtEmbedded for an Ipaq or Simpad if (big IF) the bitbake tree is in a
good mood. For instructions how to get started see
http://openembedded.org/

The Simpad version is tested, the Ipaq version should work and the Zaurus
(Sharp ROM) version is most probably broken.

Bitbake is temperamental at best. There is only one tree which gets broken
at a regurlar basis. If it doesn't work one day try again next day or the
day after. If you ever thought Squeak was difficult because it is a moving
target you will appreciate its rock solid stability :-)

Torsten
