Mac-Roman to UTF8 project converter

may hilaire should say that this is for putting squeak on a free 
education cd so this is quite important for him and I could not help 
him.
Also the size of the image is a problem so may be condensing the 
changes would help and any other tricks to make sure that squeak is not 
gigantic.
