Here at Berne we are using Squeak and Seaside for teaching. There is  a 
Smalltalk introduction
(with Squeak) which uses Seaside as the way to build GUI stuff for the 
projects that the
students need to do.

The second lecture than is an "Advanded Design Lab", a hands on Design 
course
with SmallWiki2/Seaside. This is just starting in a couple of weeks.
