Too annoyed with Zope: a Squeak alternative?

Let me advertise for SmallWiki 2 :-)

SmallWiki 2 is an object-model to a wiki and content management
framework, that is currently used on top of Seaside (for the default
web-view) and on top of OmniBrowser (for an in-image morphic-view).
>From the structural point of view SmallWiki is comparable to Zope, but
it is written with objects from the top to the bottom and it can be
customized easily to accommodate new needs.

SmallWiki 2 fully integrates with Seaside: this means, it can be run
inside another Seaside application and/or it can run any Seaside
application within itself, everything is just a few mouse-clicks away.
In addition, SmallWiki 2 is based on a powerful meta-description
called Magritte that allows one to create user-interface elements
easily. This enables users o build simple web-applications with forms
and reports directly from within SmallWiki.

Development of SmallWiki 2 is still going on, important parts such as
the persistency or the security are still incomplete. However it is
already possible to download unsupported pre-alpha preview images from
http://www.iam.unibe.ch/~scg/Teaching/AdvancedLabs/swimages/. A
presentation about some of the goals can be found at:

Cheers,
Lukas
