You're right in that there is little or no readily avialble (already
setup) Seaside hosting avaiable at this time.  But have you consider a
Linux Virtual Machine server?  They can be quite inexpensive, some less
than $20 US per month.  And even Dedicated Servers can be had now for
not much more than twice that ( http://hetzner.de/entry.html ).  So
while not as readily available as say PHP, it's still not all that
difficult or expensive to find a useable hosting setup.
