Hi all,

with a lot of delay we can finally announce 3.8 final.
3.8 is a major step, including m17n, the refactoring of the String 
classes and the usual amount of fixes and enhancements.
A pre-loaded image can be found here:

A full image should be available soon.

3.8 ist also the first final version that will continue to be maintained 
and will have 3.8.x releases. So please continue to post bugs to mantis 
under the version 3.8 and 3.9, whatever seems appropriate and watch for 
updates.
