I'd suggest you do a search for "Smalltalk SIF",
where SIF stands for Smalltalk Interchange Format.
You should find a Squeak and Dolphin version.
I've used SIF to move stuff between Squeak and VAST,
and Squeak and VW, but not Dolphin. (There's also
something called Rosetta, but I've not used it).
