Merging FileArea and WebTeam? (was Re: Pending Mac Carbon VM 3.8.9b7 posted)

Hi,

This sounds excellent!  I'm more than happy to have the file team go 
away and have that be part of the web team.  Also having more people
be able to update the ftp area is good since I might not notice
when something important has been released.
