Smam - now with an unpronounceable name! (Was: Re: Smam - now with code generation!)

Ok, I published the code under the name Kilauea in
http://www.squeaksource.com/SqueakPeople - consider everything in
there called "Smam" ancient, obsolete and utterly useless.
