three lines

ReleaseBuilder new fixObsoleteReferences.
SystemOrganization removeEmptyCategories.
Smalltalk garbageCollect.

This way you could avoid

AnObsoleteTestRunnerPlus class
AnObsoleteFileListPlus
AnObsoleteTestRunnerPlus

And many empty methods categories.
