[ANN] RefractoringBrowser

		Hi Cees,

	This sounds cool. Has it a notion of packages or only system  
categories?

	In some of the add-ons for the browser I did, I have a notion of  
environment
	for senders and implementors which can be a set of packages.
	These two would jibe well together ;-).
