Thanks for the link, Andreas - I've been looking for this stuff, but
only found commercial stuff, and some of it hardly usable to boot. And
recompiling the VM just for some icons is horrible, especially when
you have wxSqueak (MSVC probably contains the worst resource
management ever invented by mankind ;-)).
