They probably have that choice embedded within the flash content... for 
a non-flash browser, there is no such choice.
Here's the complete page HTML. The only non-flash rendered content is 
"Keyboard Independent Touch Typing Technology" which is not very 
informative.
But this is getting off-topic for Squeak...
