I run squeak on a dell 2.4Ghz p4 of some kind, 512Mb ram. Squeak 
generally runs well here; heavy tasks like monticello loads are of 
course still slow. The thing I would change if I could is to have a 
faster/better supported 3d graphics card, as croquet ran fairly slowly, 
last time I had opengl working on this ubuntu linux machine.
