Unless the owner provides an alternative mechism, package your changes
as either a Monticello mcz or changeset and create a new report on our
Mantis server http://bugs.impara.de/ and attach the changes. There are
two seperate projects 'Squeak' and 'Squeak Packages'. If the package in
question is included in the Full Squeak distribution then any reports
related to it should go in the Squeak project, otherwise the reports
should go in the Squeak Packages project. When filling out the report
be sure to select the proper category. If the issue is for a package
then there should be a category with approximately the same name as the
package. However the categories are generally only created as needed so
if there is no category matching the package then just choose 'Any' and
make sure the package is clearly identified in the description and I
will create a new category and recategorize the report.
