The aspectblt.image has a feature I like very much:

When you move the mouse to the edge of a SystemWindow which accepts 
dragging if you want to resize, the mouse arrow does NOT change shape. 
Instead, a blue fluffy dot appears to indicate that dragging is possible.

I really like this. And that it also work for splitters, very nice. I 
get so distracted when the arrow change when I navigate on the desktop.
