The image is at http://ftp.squeak.org/3.9/ . Where are the scripts?

BTW, what are http://ftp.squeak.org/3.9/Squeak3.9a-6693md4.zip and 
http://ftp.squeak.org/3.9/Squeak3.9a-6693md5.zip ?
